Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or related fields in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own content end-to-end from concept through production and delivery.
- Strong instructional design foundation and ability to structure learning for specific outcomes.
- Experience managing multimedia production workflows including video, interactive content, and visual design.
- Ability to engage directly with subject matter experts and translate technical depth into accessible content.
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts.
- Proficiency in modern content and LMS tooling such as Camtasia, Articulate, or Notion.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.
- Demonstrated autonomy, ownership, and team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content for assigned projects from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery.
- Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas and skill levels.
- Apply instructional design principles like ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy to ensure measurable learning outcomes.
- Manage SME relationships across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy.
- Maintain production cadence for scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing.
- Own project quality including pedagogical soundness, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration.
- Contribute to Instructor-Led Training development in partnership with the Customer Training Consultant.
- Track and report project-level metrics such as module releases, completion rates, and learner satisfaction.
