Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, partner marketing, or content operations.
- Experience within financial services, capital markets, or B2B marketing preferred.
- Market fluency to evaluate ideas and communicate credibly with analysts and researchers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for coordinating with external partners and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong editorial judgment and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing project calendars and cross-functional marketing programs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with webinars, events, newsletters, reports, and digital content.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, finance, economics, business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive broker content marketing initiatives including co-branded articles, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Partner with sell-side broker research teams to identify timely topics, shape content angles, and coordinate inputs.
- Serve as primary point of contact between marketing and broker partners to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across editorial, campaigns, and product marketing to align on broker-led content.
- Develop content briefs, promotional copy, webinar descriptions, and event abstracts.
- Maintain the Research & Thought Leadership editorial calendar and ensure visibility across all assets.
- Track and organize performance metrics to surface insights for future planning.
- Manage team process documentation and intake workflows.
