- Experience managing a contingent worker program or expansion in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives supporting the organization's contingent workforce program.
- Report to the HR Project Sponsor regarding project status and strategy.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a key liaison between the organization and MSP partners.
- Facilitate business reviews and monitor vendor performance.
