Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Project Management, Corporate Legal, or operational leadership in a technology organization.
- Strong understanding of legal department operations, including legal technology and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and change management using data and metrics.
- Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets, vendors, and legal technology solutions.
- Excellent project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- English language fluency for resume and professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Trust Team to lead and manage Legal Operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage all legal AI, tools, vendors, departmental budget, and project lifecycles.
- Identify, plan, and execute process improvements using data-driven metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Legal and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Oversee contract and marketing collateral management, optimization, and reporting.
- Handle legal entity management tasks.
- Negotiate NDAs and low-end contracts with opportunities for skill expansion.
