Job Details

10+ years of banking experience with significant exposure to deposit operations and treasury management.
Minimum of three years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams.
Strong understanding of deposit operations, treasury management, digital banking, and compliance requirements.
Ability to develop and execute operational strategies within a highly regulated environment.
Strong analytical, accounting, and financial skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or related banking technology platforms (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent banking experience may be considered.

Lead daily operations across deposit functions, including account onboarding, wire transfers, debit card operations, ACH, and digital banking support.
Manage treasury management operations to ensure effective delivery of commercial banking services.
Develop and implement operational improvements, resolve process challenges, and establish efficient workflows.
Lead team development by managing staffing, performance, training, and professional growth.
Create and maintain operational policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks to ensure compliance.
Coordinate preparation for internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Oversee initiatives related to system conversions, product implementations, and technology enhancements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new products and industry trends.
