- Professional qualification such as CFA or CIMA.
- Demonstrable experience with crypto.
- Ability to build spreadsheets, monitoring tools, and reports from scratch.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, cash management, and treasury operations.
- Expertise in banking and crypto rails and transaction execution.
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven financial decision-making.
- Experience in liquidity management and working capital optimization.
- Proficiency in bank relationship management and financial risk mitigation.
- A dedicated workspace.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions, optimize balances, and invest surplus funds to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
- Lead cash execution for Treasury and investment-related flows.
- Identify and mitigate cash-related risks, including currency and interest rate fluctuations, and manage Financial Limits.
- Support relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking terms.
- Support the delivery of treasury regulatory requirements including ICAAP and ILAAP.
- Own and develop Treasury Management Information and reports for senior committees.
- Develop and enforce cash management policies and internal controls.
