Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or applicable roles.
- Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles.
- Direct work experience with software development methodologies, specifically Scrum/Agile and Kanban.
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills.
- Alignment with corporate values and belief in the company's mission to help people.
- Belief in the principles of open source.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Scrum certification (PSM) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project success by guiding customers through implementation journeys.
- Work closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and team dysfunctions.
- Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to stakeholders.
- Own project budgets, timelines, scope, and risks.
- Act as the primary client contact and provide consistent communication and transparency.
- Report project health status weekly to the manager and clients.
