Requirements
- Experience managing new, fast-paced, diverse projects from initiation through post-implementation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in critical thinking and facilitating issue resolution.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage project metrics, quality, costs, and schedules.
- Experience managing complex business, legal, or regulatory project issues.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage project dependencies and risks.
- Ability to interact effectively with personnel throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage successful execution of medium to large-scale, multi-functional projects to support various initiatives across enterprise, in partnership with business leadership.
- Establish and manage a project team (including its reporting/organizational structure) and define roles and responsibilities of the team members.
- Integrate all team members and multi-functional departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Develop comprehensive project, communication, and change management plans.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, while mitigating risks and issues.
- Track multiple projects using an internal Excel-based project management tool.
- Monitor and coordinate multiple interrelated projects that contribute to larger strategic programs.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
