Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, event marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and owned marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
  • Proven experience developing audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns focused on acquisition and conversion growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Sailthru or similar tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer data platforms such as HubSpot or Segment preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, personalization, or campaign optimization preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience marketing conferences, live events, media products, or audience-driven businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle marketing strategies across audience acquisition, registration, engagement, retention, and repeat attendance.
  • Develop automated, behavior-based marketing journeys that personalize the audience experience.
  • Build targeted nurture programs for key audience segments.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid social, organic social, newsletters, partner channels, and referral programs.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns to drive qualified registrations.
  • Optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion analysis.
  • Execute email marketing including calendars, messaging, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Analyze registration trends and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Serve as marketing lead for assigned events by providing updates and strategic insights to stakeholders.
