Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or event marketing.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and owned channels.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated experience developing audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns focused on audience acquisition and conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Sailthru or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and CDP platforms such as HubSpot or Segment preferred.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, registration, engagement, and retention for Axios Live Essential events.
- Build automated, behavior-driven marketing journeys to personalize the attendee experience.
- Develop multi-channel acquisition campaigns using email, paid/organic social, and partner marketing.
- Manage paid advertising across Meta and LinkedIn to grow qualified audiences.
- Execute the full email marketing lifecycle including invitations, announcements, and post-event communications.
- Analyze registration trends and audience composition to inform marketing strategy.
- Maintain marketing dashboards to track performance and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
- Partner with Editorial, Events, and Design teams to ensure audience-first event planning.
