  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience analyzing customer data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer success tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and supporting organizations serving vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategic customer success plans that align business objectives with measurable customer outcomes.
  • Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with enterprise clients, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through executive leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance, best practices, and value-driven recommendations to customers and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identify potential risks, and implement proactive retention and churn mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, managing expectations while driving effective resolutions and recovery plans.
  • Leverage customer success methodologies to anticipate evolving customer needs and continuously improve the client experience.
  • Analyze customer data and performance trends to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for account growth.
