Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within outbound telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume sales environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing teams selling to US-based customers is highly preferred.
- Ability to work aligned with US business hours.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and people management skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to motivate teams, build accountability, and create a high-performance culture.
- Strong personal sales ability with the confidence to lead by example.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding of sales targets.
- Drive team performance across key metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, productivity, attendance, and quality standards.
- Maintain individual sales performance while leading by example and demonstrating strong sales execution.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance check-ins, and regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on improvement and development.
- Review sales calls regularly to identify coaching opportunities, improve sales techniques, and reinforce best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong team routines, KPI tracking, accountability processes, and operational excellence.
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to accelerate productivity and success.
- Ensure effective CRM management, lead distribution, pipeline accuracy, and SLA compliance.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
