Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency.
- English language proficiency for internal communication.
- 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record in sales management as a highly motivated, target-driven professional.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience coaching and guiding sales teams.
- Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C, or Insurance sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Hit team sales quotas by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
- Hire, onboard, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
- Implement workflow changes in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager.
- Conduct group training and individual coaching sessions for team members.
- Ensure all processes and regulations, such as CRM lead processing and script usage, are followed.
- Provide regular reports on team performance.
