Requirements
- 10+ years in product leadership with demonstrated success leading high-velocity teams.
- Proven experience leading multiple squads or a product area with measurable business impact.
- Track record scaling an early-stage product through product-market fit.
- Experience leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps.
- Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed iteration at scale.
- Operator's mindset with a history of shipping successful products and balancing long-term vision with short-term momentum.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or contested situations.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, aligning squad-level work to company objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions.
- Set the bar for communication of strategy, goals, and priorities to the organization and senior leadership.
- Be accountable for the performance of the Cal AI business and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of MyFitnessPal’s product operating model.
