Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or similar experience with Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, and Analytics offerings.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platforms or LLM-powered products.
- Experience building and delivering machine learning, business intelligence, or data analytics offerings from the ground up.
- Ability to read and validate SQL queries and basic data models.
- Working understanding of the ML/LLM development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with API design principles and RESTful/GraphQL services.
- Working knowledge of data architecture concepts, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or quantitative analysis (advanced degree preferred).
- Ability to review technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications directly.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Data, BI, and AI product evangelist to build awareness and drive AI-driven initiatives.
- Define the BI/AI-related product strategy to decrease time to insight.
- Identify, prioritize, and define product needs by synthesizing stakeholder and user input.
- Oversee roadmap execution and navigate trade-offs to deliver value to customers and the business.
- Determine and track product health and business metrics including model accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with technical product owners and developers to define functionality.
- Define product strategy for shared services, APIs, and model-delivery platforms.
