Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and via video conferencing
- Ability to address and resolve customer and team issues promptly
- Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to support sales efforts and build relationships
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to HCPs within the designated area
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs to drive engagement
- Educate HCPs on the features, benefits, and clinical advantages of therapy solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM system
- Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate efforts for high-value accounts
- Gather insights from HCP interactions to provide feedback to marketing and product teams
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach, engagement, and sales goals
