Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales mindset and metrics driven.
- Outgoing personality with professionalism and strong work ethics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRMs preferred.
- Experience with dialer systems preferred.
- Must live in New Jersey.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts.
- Ability to work one weekend shift every week.
- Availability during operating hours: Monday-Friday 7:50am-10:30pm and Weekends 8:50am-8pm.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to discuss window and door needs and share information about product differences.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Dial out to 30 homeowners per hour while managing heavy inbound call volume.
- Document and track all set appointments accurately according to company standards.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking across various systems.
