Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or infrastructure.
- 3+ years in a senior or principal-level product role preferred.
- Deep understanding of global payment rails, FX, settlement, and cross-border money movement.
- Proven experience evaluating, negotiating with, and managing external payment partners and processors.
- Hands-on experience leading API-based partner integrations and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of risk, fraud, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/KYB, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with B2B payments, payment orchestration, ACH/EFT, RTP/faster payments, and wallet systems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance, conversion, and costs.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap and success metrics for global payment capabilities including pay-ins, payouts, routing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Identify market and operational needs across regions and translate them into scalable product requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and manage payment partners based on geographic coverage, cost, reliability, and compliance posture.
- Lead end-to-end product requirements for partner integrations including APIs, webhooks, and exception handling.
- Improve payment performance metrics such as authorization rates, processing speed, and cost-to-serve.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.
