Requirements
- 10+ years of product management capacity or equivalent experience building/owning enterprise software or internal tools.
- Proven track record of shipping products and owning a product domain.
- Experience with go-to-market or revenue systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or quote-to-cash tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes.
- Hands-on comfort building with modern AI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
- Ability to build real artifacts directly (e.g., clickable prototypes, SQL-backed dashboards, or working POCs).
- Experience operating AI agents/assistants in production is a plus.
- Deep domain expertise in quote-to-cash, approvals, and opportunity management is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Workato and hands-on data skills such as SQL.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for seller-facing quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows across Salesforce and CPQ.
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to identify and prioritize high-leverage problems.
- Create clickable prototypes, dashboards, and data models to build internal tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Instrument adoption, track usage and business impact, and iterate on internal tools and agents.
- Use modern AI tools for requirement drafting, analysis, and prototyping to increase team leverage.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and provide leadership as the organization scales.
