Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience in risk, compliance, fraud, payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Proven ability to build and scale compliant products across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and data specialists.
- Experience working with compliance technologies such as KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, sanctions APIs, or related solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate regulatory complexity into practical product strategies and user-focused solutions.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive impactful decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk and compliance solutions, including transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements and industry standards into scalable product features, workflows, and operational processes.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to design compliance-by-design solutions.
- Identify business and operational risks and implement systems that improve fraud detection, prevention, and mitigation.
- Monitor global regulatory trends and bring innovative approaches to strengthen compliance capabilities.
- Manage relationships with third-party compliance technology providers and evaluate tools, integrations, and data solutions.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure compliance performance, operational risk, and fraud trends.
- Ensure regulatory processes balance security requirements with a smooth and intuitive customer experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions across multiple markets.
- Act as a strategic product leader, influencing stakeholders and supporting long-term product and technology decisions.
