Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software product management experience.
  • At least 2 years as the primary product owner of an AI or ML-powered product shipped to production customers.
  • Proven experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims.
  • Track record of managing products through beta programs and into general availability.
  • Experience defining success metrics and feedback loops for AI products, including model performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work at the intersection of domain expertise and AI product design.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of agile practices.
  • Experience managing SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for one or more RCM AI Products from 0-1, GA launch, and through growth.
  • Define and own the roadmap, prioritizing opportunities across billing, claims, collections, and pre-billing workflows.
  • Translate AI model outputs, confidence thresholds, and recommendation accuracy tradeoffs into product decisions and customer-facing feature design.
  • Define success metrics for AI products including recommendation adoption rate, billing event capture rate, and measurable revenue impact per customer.
  • Partner with advanced technology, data science, engineering, and cross-functional teams to evaluate model performance and define feedback loops.
  • Engage with billing managers, RCM directors, and facility operators to understand current and future customer needs.
  • Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis to build business cases and quantify ROI.
