Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, with significant time in a technical or SaaS role.
- Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI agents, LLM applications, or agentic coding tools.
- Strong technical depth including working knowledge of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), cloud architecture, and web technologies (Drupal and Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to use agentic tools for daily work and prototyping.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management with customers, partners, and executive leadership.
- Ability to write clear, structured product documentation and specifications.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
- Experience in cloud computing, enterprise content management, or digital experience platforms (DXP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to defend decisions with data.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for Acquia Agent Experience.
- Use agentic coding tools to prototype flows and produce working demos.
- Present product vision, roadmap, and value propositions to customers, partners, and executives.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver features and resolve blockers.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize high-impact features including agent governance and autonomous issue resolution.
- Develop clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Guide features through the full product lifecycle from experimental projects to supported AI features.
- Track adoption and customer outcomes to optimize value and system performance.
