Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in workforce development.
- Domain knowledge of WIOA, labor exchange, eligibility, intake, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex processes into testable user stories and requirements.
- Proven experience building repeatable financial operating models.
- Experience with budget-to-actual comparisons, burn rates, and cost allocation.
- Ability to support audit-ready financial reporting.
- Experience with forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and client-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Attend client workshops to document workflows including intake, eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, and exits.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration business rules.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to design solutions, clarify scope, and manage requirement changes.
- Support system integrations, data mapping, and reporting requirements.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triage defects, and validate fixes.
