- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
- Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
- Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers.
- Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive clarity amid ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team driving the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products.
- Build, grow, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Deliver a new platform-native module and scalable, secure, and extensible services for SaaS offerings.
- Set the bar for execution and quality while developing engineers.
- Partner across product, design, and platform teams to solve complex identity and security challenges at scale.
