Requirements
- 5 years of experience in supporting Information Technology projects.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Experience integrating AI technologies to improve outcomes and efficiencies.
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Experience producing detailed requirements documents and RACI matrices.
- Ability to develop UI wireframes and functional workflows.
- Experience driving adoption through onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- AI-900 Certification.
- Experience participating in RFP/RFI review processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs within an M365 environment to add value to project implementations.
- Deliver executive-level documentation, including business requirement documents, user guides, and onboarding materials.
- Conduct client interviews and attend workshops to gather functional and user experience requirements.
- Identify and analyze stakeholders to assess their needs and impact throughout project activities.
- Develop case studies and playbooks to assist in expanding standardized offerings.
- Produce RACI matrices and develop UI wireframes or functional workflows as needed.
