Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience supporting Agile teams.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with standard project documentation practices.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Engage with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to elicit and document complete user stories.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate features.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive product enhancements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
