Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, partnerships, education leadership, consulting, or large-scale project management.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals, including experience managing significant sales pipelines.
- Experience building relationships with school districts, educational organizations, or institutional clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of education environments, particularly urban school systems and communities with historically underserved students.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and translate customer needs into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative selling abilities with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives and priority customer segments.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities using market insights, industry knowledge, and sales data.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Create customized engagement strategies based on district needs, goals, and organizational priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with school districts, education leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and strategic conversations that strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve programs, processes, and partnership strategies.
