- Lead and execute the campaign's political and coalition strategy across Central Texas.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with elected officials, community leaders, advocacy organizations, labor partners, faith leaders, and key regional stakeholders.
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate endorsers, validators, and surrogate speakers throughout the region.
- Develop and execute political events, coalition roundtables, stakeholder briefings, community meetings, and candidate engagements.
- Supervise and mentor the Central Texas Political Associate while managing regional priorities and workflow.
- Staff candidate meetings, political events, and surrogate engagements as needed.
- Prepare briefing materials, political memos, stakeholder profiles, and strategic recommendations for campaign leadership.
- Track political outreach, endorsements, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up using campaign databases and internal systems.
- Identify emerging political opportunities, partnerships, and community concerns that strengthen the campaign's presence across Central Texas.
- Represent the campaign at political, civic, and community events throughout the region.
