Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
- Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment.
- Preferred: Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance programs.
- Preferred: Experience using Power BI or similar tools to review dashboards and interpret data-driven insights.
- Preferred: Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building partnerships and ensuring client objectives.
- Review compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Present compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze program performance and compliance findings to recommend process improvements enhancing efficiency and program integrity.
- Balance multiple client priorities and facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams.
