Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project coordination, junior project management, or PMO support.
- Experience supporting enterprise application or infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of project management concepts including scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate technical updates into business-friendly language.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to El Paso.
- Exposure to Salesforce projects, data migration, or testing workstreams is preferred.
- Interest in pursuing PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing IT projects from planning through closure using a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining project artifacts such as schedules, scope summaries, RAID logs, and resource trackers.
- Coordinate assigned Salesforce workstreams, including requirements documentation, configuration tracking, and testing.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and recommend mitigation options.
- Facilitate working sessions, draft executive-ready summaries and dashboards, and assist with status reporting.
- Support testing coordination, defect triage, validation cycles, and operational handoff materials such as runbooks.
