Requirements
- BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred in MA, CT, or NH.
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients.
- Proven ability to achieve financial growth targets.
- Strong record of mentoring and team development.
- Experience leading cross-discipline project teams.
- Ability to drive growth and performance through effective leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of infrastructure services within the designated local market.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding infrastructure priorities and funding.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, lead proposals, and manage interview processes.
- Oversee the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and budget adherence.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC oversight to project teams.
- Manage project performance, including backlog, utilization, and profitability.
- Recruit and develop engineers and technical staff to grow the local presence.
