Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
At least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
Experience recruiting for US-based clients across multiple industries
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable
Proficiency with Google Workspace and recruitment reporting tools
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience
Partner with Managing Partners to develop recruitment strategies that align with client hiring needs and business objectives
Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to improve hiring quality, operational efficiency, and team performance
Develop and maintain recruitment documentation, interview guides, SOPs, templates, and quality standards
