Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients across multiple industries
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and recruitment reporting tools
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment for power and internet outages
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Partner with Managing Partners to develop recruitment strategies that align with client hiring needs and business objectives
- Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to improve hiring quality, operational efficiency, and team performance
- Develop and maintain recruitment documentation, interview guides, SOPs, templates, and quality standards
