Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or a related role in a high-growth environment.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end operational transformation.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and leverage tools for operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, payer portals (e.g., Availity), and Google Suite/Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to apply structure and prioritization to problem-solving.
- Experience creating clear, actionable training materials or process documentation.
- Ability to predict future needs and proactively address operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner billing cycles independently and submit billing files.
- Review remittances and payment feedback to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate across teams for resolution.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize operational workflows.
- Support automation initiatives and scale billing processes for new EAP partners.
