Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in high-growth SaaS.
- 5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot automation, including workflows, Operations Hub, custom code, and webhooks.
- Strong experience managing and administering CPQ platforms, preferably DealHub.
- Advanced understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn) and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Experience administering low-code integration platforms such as Zapier or Make.
- Proven track record of improving CRM data quality and implementing governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic administration and optimization of HubSpot CRM, including data architecture, custom objects, workflows, and governance.
- Serve as the primary owner of CRM data quality, integrity, and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead the administration of the GTM technology stack, including system performance, integrations, and documentation.
- Build executive dashboards and reporting in HubSpot and BI tools to track pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue trends.
- Design and implement scalable end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual work and improve data quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize quote-to-cash, renewals, and account assignment processes.
