Job Details

2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
HubSpot CRM administration experience, specifically building and maintaining workflows, sequences, and automation.
CPQ management and administration experience including consumption pricing model management.
Working understanding of recurring revenue and churn reporting (MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion).
Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Experience maintaining custom integrations in low-code platforms like Zapier.
Preference for experience using Operations Hub custom code workflow actions and webhooks.
Ability to communicate clearly across all levels in a remote environment.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on connecting operational fixes to revenue outcomes.

Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including custom fields, workflows, and permissions.
Audit and maintain CRM data health to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring reliable integrations across tools.
Build and maintain lead routing logic, account segmentation, and assignments.
Create and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets for GTM performance visibility.
Support weekly forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews with timely data.
Design and document scalable revenue processes and handoffs.
Implement automation to reduce manual work and increase speed across teams.
Support quote-to-cash, deal desk, and renewal processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
