Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, operational insights, or process automation.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including data cleaning, merging, and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with data from sources such as Salesforce, Redshift, or EHR.
- Proficiency in SQL for investigating data, conducting UAT, and troubleshooting pipeline or logic issues.
- Strong critical-thinking framework for data analysis.
- Proven ability to unpack operational workflows and translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Foundational knowledge of Python for scripting or automation is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to map processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial, transactional, or billing datasets is preferred.
- Ability to build structured reports and explain data insights to operational leads.
Responsibilities
- Build automated workflows and reporting to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
- Collaborate with team experts to spot bottlenecks and untangle manual processes.
- Design smarter, more reliable ways of working within financial operations.
- Own small-scale optimization projects or key technical components of larger, cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to align on scope requirements and ensure steady progress on data and automation tracks.
