Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience.
- Practical experience with Sales Cloud and common GTM applications.
- Building declarative automation using Flow, managing users/permissions, and configuring objects/fields.
- Comfort with data loader or similar data management tools.
- Experience with QA/UAT and change deployment processes.
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs.
- Strong build-oriented mindset with the ability to ship working fixes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in using AI tooling for process automation.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain configuration across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and the GTM tool ecosystem.
- Develop declarative automation including Flow, validation rules, and routing logic.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations across the stack, including Celigo and Salesforce APIs.
- Perform data quality work such as deduplication, matching, migrations, and bulk updates.
- Manage users, permissions, and security configurations.
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation and user stories.
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate and optimize workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver prioritized system changes.
