Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of application systems including Salesforce, Zuora billing, and Certinia.
- Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, Collections).
- Experience in systems architecture, designing workflows, and writing technical specifications.
- Knowledge of agile best practices for requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements.
- Lead system analysis and write functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate on systems design, user interface design, prototyping, and data modeling.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes and performance metrics.
- Serve as a functional product owner and strategic advisor to senior finance leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across financial systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and IT solutions.
- Oversee documentation and continuous improvement of complex business processes.
