Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce merchandising, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales and inventory data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple data systems.
- Proven ability to document processes and create SOPs in a structured format.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships in an operational capacity.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new marketplace supplier candidates using competitive analysis and internal data.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, including agreement coordination and data communication.
- Lead technical feed setup, mapping, and validation for new suppliers to ensure data quality before go-live.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for marketplace operational workflows and supplier management.
- Monitor post-launch supplier performance and resolve issues related to service levels or data accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to support marketplace execution.
- Review and reconcile marketplace data, including competitor listings and item inventory.
