Job Details

8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Channel Operations, or related fields in B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to balance operational execution with strategic planning.
Experience managing channel-related programs such as deal registration, partner attribution, and lifecycle management.
Strong business acumen with a history of translating ambiguous challenges into measurable outcomes.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience partnering with Business Systems teams to develop reporting and infrastructure.
Proficiency with Salesforce and modern go-to-market technologies.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and build capabilities from the ground up.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Own core Channel Operations activities and serve as a trusted operational resource.
Partner with Channel leadership to define and improve the long-term operating model.
Lead strategic initiatives including deal registration, partner attribution, pricing strategy, and territory governance.
Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
Analyze complex business challenges to provide actionable recommendations and scalable solutions.
Build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Channel, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems.
Drive initiatives from planning through execution while tracking performance metrics.
Develop operational insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
