Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Working experience with Workday is required.
  • Experience with ADP and OSV is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel for complex reporting.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations related to pay.
  • Ability to understand benefit plans and their application to payroll.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process payroll in multiple countries ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process all payroll data entries including new hires, salary changes, and benefits.
  • Calculate adjustments, retroactive payments, and separation payments in compliance with local laws.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes through automation and standardized global practices.
  • Support HR technology optimization, specifically Workday and ADP.
  • Maintain payroll controls, documentation, and audit processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist employees with payroll issues and questions.
