Requirements
- 5–6 years of Learning & Development experience within Player Support, Customer Experience, or BPO environments.
- 1–2 years of people management experience leading Trainers or Learning Specialists.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience building learning strategies, certification programs, and scalable onboarding programs.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and classroom environments.
- Proven ability to use operational data and quality insights to drive learning interventions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing leaders across Operations and Product teams.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva) is highly advantageous.
- Gaming industry experience or supporting gaming clients is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of global onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning programs.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Learning & Development Specialists and Trainers.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
- Oversee learning governance, certification frameworks, and operational readiness standards.
- Analyze learning data and operational metrics to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all learning materials and knowledge resources remain accurate and aligned with operational changes.
