- Build an integrated change approach across Workday Optimization, Advanced Compensation Module, and Total Rewards projects.
- Partner across HR, IT, Leadership, and ePMO to manage interdependencies, align priorities, and ensure readiness.
- Assess impacts across people, processes, and systems to define readiness plans and address adoption risks.
- Develop targeted communications, leader messaging, and manager enablement materials.
- Support coordination of training strategies and materials to ensure adoption of Workday enhancements.
- Monitor success metrics and implement reinforcement mechanisms for long-term sustainability.
