Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a regulated or risk-intensive environment such as fintech, financial services, or technology.
- Experience leading business transformation, strategy, product risk, operations, governance, Chief of Staff, or similar initiatives.
- Exceptional business judgment with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authority.
- Ability to challenge constructively and build trust.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new capabilities.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and business-facing teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Enterprise Risk into a trusted business partner.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear risk appetite, operating guardrails, and executive reporting.
- Partner with executive leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to evaluate tradeoffs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to identify and manage emerging enterprise risks.
- Evolve risk capabilities including operational risk, governance, issue management, and third-party risk.
- Lead and develop a high-impact Enterprise Risk team with a focus on pragmatic problem-solving.
