Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience navigating complex buying environments including procurement cycles, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven proficiency in English.
- Experience with SLED and Healthcare vertical sales motions.
- Technical knowledge of common enterprise software architecture patterns (C4 Model) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Docker).
- Networking and Identity proficiency, including DNS, proxies, firewalls, LDAP, SSO (Okta, Azure Entra), and SAML.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Technical toolkit proficiency including diagramming, bash/PowerShell, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Run thorough discovery sessions across business and technical stakeholders to drive strategic account planning.
- Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept (POC) environments.
- Recommend reference architectures addressing security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to contribute to SOW inputs and establish internal technical standards.
- Provide competitive positioning and technical assets to account executives and the broader SE team.
- Mentor team members on demo craft, discovery, and competitive strategy.
- Surface field insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to improve offerings.
