Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, capacity modeling, and scheduling management in a multi-site or multi-state environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build data structures and visualize findings.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, including 1099/W2 classification, credentialing, and state licensure.
- Understanding of healthcare billing workflows and RCM interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to clinical and executive audiences.
- Preferred: Experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
- Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or multi-disciplinary clinical models.
- Preferred: Comfort in a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Model and update provider capacity across therapy, psychiatry, and coaching roles.
- Manage workforce planning tied to enrollment projections and patient demand.
- Oversee provider scheduling, onboarding, and availability optimization.
- Build dashboards to monitor operational KPIs such as utilization, productivity, and no-show rates.
- Collaborate with clinical and product teams to design and improve patient-facing workflows.
- Manage end-to-end operational project management for new pilots and technology implementations.
- Ensure compliance with 1099 versus W2 classification requirements by state.
