Responsibilities
- Write and build collateral and customer proof for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Own organic content and SEO/AEO including blog posts, website copy, and landing pages
- Manage organic social media from posting through community engagement
- Write email and SMS campaigns and the monthly customer newsletter
- Plan and host webinars including content preparation and follow-up
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across the growing content library
