- Technical recruiting experience in a high-bar environment.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained, hands-on hiring outcomes.
- Ability to understand technical concepts to credibly assess candidate signal.
- Working knowledge of designing structured, predictive interview processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without formal authority.
- Execution discipline and consistency in managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Systemic thinking with the ability to provide clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Experience working across USA, LATAM, and EU markets (preferred).
- Experience conducting executive or leadership searches (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and Product Engineering roles.
- Partner with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans and scope.
- Design and implement structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration loops.
- Perform high-quality candidate screening to predict role success.
- Source passive candidates in the Americas and Europe to build predictable pipelines.
- Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation to influence hiring decisions.
- Develop and document recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.
