Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or related technology leadership roles.
- Experience supporting distributed, operationally complex organizations such as field services, home services, healthcare, or retail.
- Proven ability to act as a business technology partner translating operational challenges into technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, enterprise platforms, and operational technology ecosystems.
- Experience managing technology roadmaps, system improvements, and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem solving.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Functional familiarity with home services ERP platforms or similar operational systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders by understanding operational priorities and technology opportunities.
- Own the performance, support, and continuous evolution of operational technology platforms, integrations, and business systems.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and manage enhancements.
- Drive standardization of business processes, system configurations, and operational workflows across business units.
- Develop scalable playbooks and standards for onboarding newly acquired businesses into technology platforms.
- Support the creation and maturity of a shared services technology operating model.
- Act as a bridge between IT teams and operational stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
- Support technology due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions and business expansion.
- Evaluate future platform strategies and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Resolve complex technical issues and remove operational blockers.
